Disclose". We do all background checks concerning your home to insure your
back is covered from top to bottom. We do not like surprises at the end
which could effect how much your property sells for!
We will maintain the records pertaining to the showings of your property by
the Realtors.
We contact the buyer's mortgage company and speak directly to the buyer's
lender to insure that the buyer in able to purchase your property at COE.
There is nothing worse then having your property not sell at the very end
because of a surprise!
Schedule the closing date and communicate with the buyer or buyer's agent,
title agent and lending agent to make sure that everything goes SMOOTHLY!

Submit your home information and photos to multiple listing sites such as: REALTOR.com, ARMLS.com, Homeseeker.com
Your home will be included in all marketing materials. Examples: emails, flyers, web advertising and mailings.
Place directional arrows on the main roads around your home which will
direct potential buyers to your property.
We come out and set up a,"Talking House"on site at your property which will
help those people coming buying looking at your property with questions
they may have right at that time. They can just follow the directions on the
Talking House sign that we place in your yard and they will get you hear
about the wonderful features of your home. We will make them want to see
your home A.S.A.P.
